A major consulting firm wants to target professionals working on fisheries development in the South China Sea. It is interested in the risks and opportunities brought about by policy changes within the industry to seek potential business opportunities. To gain a better understanding, it wanted to hear from representative experts in a very niche field.
To ensure clients get the broad range of insights they need, Insightstuary works with consulting firms to design a custom survey that can collect both quantitative and qualitative data. The survey targeted Chinese and American experts on South China Sea issues and fishery development, including current government officials and experts from fishery associations.
Via customized Surveys, Insightstuary worked with the client to develop and field a survey tailored precisely to its end research goals. Insightstuary identified and fielded the survey to 12 highly specialized professionals. The consulting firm was pleased with the detail and breadth of insights gleaned from this panel and conduct one-on-one individual communication with specific experts in the follow-up. Finally, they used the findings to inform a plan for fishery expansion for its client and leverage these consultancies to provide their clients with the risks and potential of policy development.
